Historic Preservation
Originally built in 1865
The Georgetown Market House, originally built in 1865, is located on a site that was used as a market since 1795. Careful redevelopment transformed the rambling 19th century structure into a modern hub of commerce in the Georgetown Historic District. Related Stinson projects include Georgetown Park Phase I, Georgetown Park Phase II and the Canal House.
