Continued reimagination of Georgetown urban mall

The second phase of Georgetown Park, the mixed-use local icon situated along DC’s famed M Street, continued redeveloping the structure between the existing shopping center and the Georgetown Market House. Major renovations transformed the property from an inward-facing enclosed mall into a group of premier retailers with dedicated frontage on both M Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Related Stinson projects include Georgetown Park Phase I, Georgetown Market House and the Canal House.
