Urban mall in the heart of Georgetown

Reimagined in the early 1980s, the first phase of the Georgetown Park transformation added 155 condominium townhouses and apartments, 121 stores and restaurants (a total of 210,000 square feet of retail space) and 500 parking spaces to historic buildings in the heart of Georgetown. Stinson served as project architect on a design that blended modern structure into the textures of classic Georgetown buildings. Related Stinson projects include Georgetown Park Phase II, Georgetown Market House and the Canal House.
