The iconic historic property located alongside the C&O Canal was built in 1878 to store feed and horses of the Georgetown Railroad Company. Stinson served as project architect for the 1981 renovation that created a two-story, mixed-use building with ground floor retail topped by 35 luxury condominiums. Related Stinson projects include Georgetown Park Phase I, Georgetown Park Phase II and the Georgetown Market House.
