This 100-year-old center hall farmhouse was a renovator’s dream when Stinson purchased it in 1997, mostly untouched by the owner for 35 years. Peeling away layers of old carpeting, Stinson discovered three stories of pristine southern heart pine floors. After replacing, adding and removing rooms, Stinson slipped a flagstone patio under the sleeping porch. The additions complement the original house design.
