Commercial space and boutique hotel situated on pedestrian mall

This 2,257 square foot, 3-story mixed-use building dates back to 1920 and is located on the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, VA, one of the longest pedestrian malls in the U.S. Stinson purchased it in 2012 and in 2015 began renovations to convert the top two floors into a four-room boutique hotel called The Townsman. The first floor commercial space is currently occupied by a retro-themed comic book store.
